I had the privilege of collaborating with City Wide Investment Group on the refurbishment of their property management office in Huntington Beach. The project entailed the redesign of two distinct areas: the entrance and director's room, and the open office, kitchenette, and storage area. Our primary objective was to create an illusion of spaciousness by utilizing a soft gray paint and light-toned wood, complemented with black metal accents. Additionally, we incorporated the teal color of the company's brand as an accent to achieve a cohesive look.

Our aim was to establish a contemporary and comfortable working environment that would foster a sense of ease and productivity among employees.
